Validating Best Deal Coupons

If the patient has purchased a Best Deal Coupon, you can scan the coupon's QR code to validate it.

How to Validate a Coupon​

  1. Open the QR Scanner in the Clinic App.
  2. Ask the patient to display the Best Deal coupon QR code from their iSmartOfficeâ„¢ Patient App.
  3. Scan the QR code to validate the coupon.

This ensures the coupon is properly recorded and redeemed in the system.
